Any spiritual support and resources provided are done so with the intent of ministry and helping others and are protected under the Good Samaritan Act. Additionally, the First Amendment to the US Constitution protects the freedom of religion and freedom of speech, which includes the right of ministers to offer religious advice or guidance without facing legal repercussions solely based on the content of their advice. Some states also recognize a clergy-penitent privilege, similar to the lawyer-client privilege, which protects confidential communications between a religious leader and an individual seeking spiritual guidance. However, it is important to note that this privilege is not universally recognized and may have limitations.

Users have the right to access, delete, or opt-out of the sale of their personal information. To delete information, please email ken.rorabaugh@mymicasa.org.
Data Retention

Non-Profit Status
Yeshua's Lighthouse Inc, the managing entity of Mymicasa.org, is an interfaith omnist ministry based in San Diego County and incorporated in California in 2021. While Yeshua's Lighthouse Inc is a tax exempt organization registered with the state secretary office in California, it is not federally recognized as a non-profit organization. Churches, like other religious organizations, automatically qualify for federal income tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, regardless of applying for formal 501(c)(3) status. This means they generally do not need to pay federal income tax on their income. The church officers will vote in 2025 to apply for federal recognition.
